GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE
These General Conditions of Sale and Use, to which the buyer declares to adhere without restriction or reservations, apply to all sales concluded via the website www.lemanegedezebulon.fr.

It is agreed as follows :
DEFINITION
Buyer: person wishing to make or making a purchase on the website www.lemanegedezebulon.fr. We also call buyer the person who receives the package, even if they are different from the person who made the purchase.

1. PREAMBLE
Any buyer, by the very fact of purchasing on the site www.lemanegedezebulon.fr, certifies that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity. If the buyer is not an adult, he must ask any person having authority over him to make the purchase in his place. These General Conditions of Sale and Use may be updated at any time. 3 – PURCHASE PROCEDURE

4 – COMPLIANCE OF ARTICLES
Our products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs are not contractual in nature. The products are offered while stocks last.
If a product is unavailable, the buyer will be promptly informed. He will then be able to choose between refunding his order or choosing another product available on the site.
5 – PRICES, TAXES AND ROYALTIES
Prices are in euros. Purchases are therefore payable only in euros. The prices indicated do not take into account the contribution to postage and packaging costs. Indeed, the amount of delivery costs will be specified in the shopping cart before validation of the order. The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of purchase.
It is up to the buyer to check, with the competent authorities, the possibilities of importing the products purchased with regard to the law and rules of his department, territory and/or country of delivery. 6 – DELIVERY
The contribution to shipping and packaging costs is that indicated on the site www.lemanegedezebulon.fr, on the day the buyer makes their purchase. Its amount is also indicated when validating the purchase.
Packages are generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received. They are shipped with a tracking number via Mondial Relay or Colissimo. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. We strongly advise the buyer to carefully check that the address they provide to us is correct and complete.
The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
If the buyer notices, at the time of delivery of his purchase, that the package is delivered by the carrier in poor condition, we strongly advise him to have this noted by the delivery person. In this case our liability cannot, under any circumstances, be engaged.
7 – PAYMENT TERMS
Online payments via our payment provider are secure. The buyer has the choice of paying for their purchases: 1- by credit card; 2- with your PAYPAL account. By choosing payment by PayPal, the buyer will automatically be directed to their PayPal account. Once the Paypal payment has been validated, the buyer can finalize their order on the website www.lemanegedezebulon.fr.
8 – GUARANTEES
Although we take great care in selecting our items as well as their packaging and shipping method, it is possible that an anomaly may occur when the buyer receives or unpacks the package.
9 – RETURN
In accordance with the applicable texts in force of the Consumer Code and in the context of distance selling, the buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the date of confirmation of the validation of an order. Notification of withdrawal must be made by email to the address mentioned: lemanegedezebulon@gmail.com. Please specify your order number.
Your request for return or compensation may be refused:
– in the case of a withdrawal request: the 14-day withdrawal period has been exceeded
– in the case of non-compliance: the 72-hour complaint deadline has been exceeded
– in the case of breakage: the 48-hour claim period has expired
– non-compliance is not validated by our customer service
– you have chosen delivery by Mondial Relay but have not reported a reservation on delivery indicating a breakage
Valérie MULLER undertakes to reimburse the buyer within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the withdrawal notification. You must return or return the product to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The products must be returned in their original packaging. Any product that is incomplete, used, damaged, damaged or the packaging is damaged will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

The General Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the buyer will contact the seller as a priority to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent Courts are the French Courts. The buyer is informed that he can in any case resort to conventional mediation, in particular with the Consumer Mediation Commission (Consumer Code. art. L 534-7) or with mediation bodies existing sectoral regulations in the event of dispute.

No other contract can replace these General Conditions of Sale for any purchase made on the site www.lemanegedezebulon.fr. The very fact of making a purchase on the site www.lemanegedezebulon.fr entails acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale and use.
