DELIVERY, PRICES AND DEADLINES
Shipments are made within 48 to 72 hours after the order is finalized and paid. Each package is shipped with a tracking number communicated to the customer.
Packaging materials are chosen for their robustness and their ability to protect fragile objects. They are recycled as often as possible, collected from local merchants, or simply in the street: nothing is lost, everything is reused!
Prices are calculated based on the weight of the packages, and the delivery method chosen, Mondial Relay or Colissimo, and based on the level of insurance.
Shipments are possible to most countries in the world, with the exception of a few destinations, the list of which, updated regularly, appears below:
